Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

Any unopened and unused orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. We only accept returns for items purchased on www.dewyerskin.com. If you’ve purchased a Dewyer product from a retailer (i.e. Urban Outfitters) — please contact that retailer for their return policy. 

In order for us to process your return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All gift cards and select merchandise are final sale. 

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We hope you love your Dewyer products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. To return your order, please reach out to info@dewyerskin.com with your order number and which products you’d like to return.

 

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. 

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact our Customer Service Team at info@dewyerskin.com and we’ll fix things right away!
